The association consists of three governing boards and two programs.

  • The OSCC, or Oregon Students of Color Coalition, represents students of color and has two members from each campus
  • OSERA, or Oregon Students Equal Rights Alliance represents students and has two members from each campus
These boards meet at a general assembly by the end of every year and are the decision-making body of the association; however, a small group of students is elected from this general assembly as an executive committee that has the responsibility of managing the day-to-day leadership tasks of OSA.
